If you are a Nauka customer, you are valuable to us because customer satisfaction and expectations are important. Therefore, you have free exchange and return assurance. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the purchased product(s) in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with tags intact within 14 days from the date of receipt for exchange or return.

You can initiate the return process by logging into your account and accessing the "My Return Requests" section for the relevant order, or by visiting our "Easy Return" page on the homepage. For returns, you can send your package free of charge via "Basit Kargo" using the return code you receive from this page. If you choose to send your exchange or return shipment via another cargo company, please note that the shipping cost must be covered by you.

Exchange and return processes for orders placed from abroad are the responsibility of the customer.

Products that have been opened, had their tags removed, used, or damaged in a way that they cannot be resold are not eligible for exchange or return.

No, when you return products purchased from our site, the full purchase amount will be refunded to you. There are no deductions from the refund amount of the returned products.

If there is no installment restriction or prohibition on any product in your cart, you can use installments for your purchase. The installment options available on our site are 2, 3, 6, 9, and 12 months.
You can contact the cargo company with your tracking number and inform them that you would like to pick up your shipment from the branch.
Cargo companies deliver on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00, and on Saturdays between 09:00 and 13:00. There are no deliveries on Sundays and official public holidays. Delivery days and hours may vary for Same-Day Delivery or Courier Delivery options.
